Tom was happy to help us figure out what the problem was and get us in touch with people who could fix the problem. He was very professional. Not only did he come on the weekend, he was on-time (which is a quality very few contractors in this area have). If we ever have a problem with our home or decide to do any work to it, Tom is definitely the person we'll be calling on.
